Jesus took bread, gave thanks.  Jesus took the cup, gave thanks.  Paul and the other New Testament writers give thanks to God often.  Giving thanks seems to be part of a faith living life.

Colossians 2:6-7(CEB)

So live in Christ Jesus the Lord in the same way as you received him. Be rooted and built up in him, be established in faith, and overflow with thanksgiving just as you were taught.

So….What are you thankful for?  Does your gratitude overflow?  Pause for a minute and jot down things for which you are thankful.  You’ll be surprised how fast you can get to 50 and 100.  Leave a comment sharing what you are thankful for.

Prayer:  Lord, thank you. Thank you.  Thank you.  Amen.
